About the Event
The Lake Travis Republican Club will host a Candidate Debate Forum on Monday, April 13, 2026, at Saltgrass Steak House in Bee Cave. This important community event will give voters an opportunity to hear directly from candidates running for local offices that impact the Lake Travis area.
The forum will feature all four candidates for the LTISD School Board and both Bee Cave mayoral candidates in two dedicated debate sessions. In addition, currently seated city council members (two from Bee Cave and three from Lakeway), along with any other candidates running for public office this year, will each be given up to two minutes for introductory remarks.
The evening will begin with cocktails and networking at 6:30 PM, followed by the forum promptly at 7:00 PM. Food and beverages are encouraged, and staff will be available in the room to take orders throughout the event.
