About the Event
The Lake Travis Republican Club invites you to join us for our September Luncheon featuring special guest Chief Justice Jimmy Blacklock.
Born in Houston and raised in Missouri City, Chief Justice Blacklock is a proud native Texan with deep roots in our state. He graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas before continuing his education at Yale Law School.
But Chief Justice Blacklock isn't just a distinguished member of the Texas judiciary—he's also our neighbor. He lives in Austin with his wife and three daughters, attends church in Tarrytown, and has strong ties to our local community.
This luncheon provides LTRC members and guests with a wonderful opportunity to hear directly from Chief Justice Blacklock and learn more about his perspective, experiences, and service to the people of Texas.
